By placing an order over the phone, by email, or online, customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions herein.
The following terms and conditions regulate the business conditions between QiBounding® and its customer (referred to as "Customer"), and apply to all customer orders. No terms and conditions other than those contained herein shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by QiBounding® . All terms and conditions contained in any prior oral or written communication, which are different from or in addition to the terms and conditions contained herein are hereby rejected and shall not be binding.
Whichever type of bellicon® Rebounder you have chosen for purchase, it is warranted for parts from the date of purchase for the time indicated below:
• Standard bellicon® 39, 44 and 49:
The manufacturer warranty is three years on frame and mat and six months on bungee bands.
QiBounding offers an extended warranty: Five years on frames, five years on mats, one year on bungee bands.
• bellicon® Premium 44 and 49:
The manufacturer warranty is five years on frame, three years on mat and six months on bungee bands.
QiBounding offers an extended warranty: Ten years on frames, five years on mats, one year on bungee bands.
• IMPORTANT: The warranty is provided only under the condition that the rebounder is used "normally" which means according to Safety Instructions
In case a rebounder or one of its components is damaged within the warranty period and the rebounder has not been damaged through rough usage
and has always been used in accordance with the Safety Instructions
, please let us know immediately. QiBounding® will then decide according to
each case, if the concerned part will be repaired or replaced.
Shipping costs for replacement and repair are covered by QiBounding Inc for customers of the 48 Cont. US States.
For customers from other places, shipping costs are not covered.
3. Shipping and Delivery Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible given current stock availability. If an item is out of stock, the Customer will be informed immediately and can then choose to wait until the particular item is back in stock or to receive his or her money back.
No particular delivery date can be guaranteed and under no circumstances, can QiBounding® be held responsible for delays in delivery. FedEx ships all merchandise to the Customer with the price as charged by FedEx being passed to the Customer. All responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the merchandise belongs to FedEx once the merchandise is given over to them. If the Customer purchases a rebounder, it is important to keep in mind, that rebounders are sent "Signature required" which means that the Customer needs to sign when receiving the shipment.
After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, FedEx will send the shipment back to QiBounding® at the customer's expense. Customer is responsible for contacting FedEx before this to confirm that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
At Delivery: • Customer is responsible for immediate inspection of ordered goods. The time period to report any problems to QiBounding® is five business days after receipt of the rebounder. • Customer is responsible for keeping the original packaging until she or he is certain that ordered items are functioning at full satisfaction. QiBounding® can only accept claims and returns in original packing.
All prices are net prices not including sales tax, if any in accordance with our prices published on our current price list
5. Conditions of payment
Full payment (including tax and customs fees, if any) are due at time of order placement.
6. Damaged Goods Claims
a) Damage through transportation. All damage due to transportation must be reported immediately to QiBounding® and no later than five business days following the receipt of the item. The original packaging needs to be kept available for FedEx inspection. If the original packaging is unavailable, no claim can be accepted. Replacements for possible damage caused during transportation will only be made, if FedEx excepts the claim. QiBounding® acts as the middleman between the customer and FedEx. If FedEx refuses the claim, QiBounding® cannot be held responsible for any claims, damages, or reimbursement.
b) All other damaged goods claims, must be sent to QiBounding® within five business days after receipt of delivery, with sufficient detail for an objective assessment of the damage to be made. The original packaging needs to be kept available for further inspection. If the goods are found to be damaged due to no fault of the Customer, QiBounding® will send free replacements of the damaged parts.
7. Return Policy for non-Damaged Merchandise (Note: Customers outside of the 48 US states can return merchandise only if the item is severely defective and only if QiBounding® is not able to repair the merchandise properly.)
QiBounding® accepts the return of merchandise from US customers (with exception of customers from Hawaii and Alaska) within ten days from the delivery date. The delivery date is the date of the first delivery attempt of FedEx. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be in impeccable condition and be returned in its original shipping box along with all contents.
Customer must inform QiBounding® about his or her wish to return the merchandise in order for QiBounding® to issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). QiBounding® will then give the customer an address to which to ship the product. Return shipping to QiBounding® is at the customer's expense unless the return is a result of a shipping error caused by QiBounding® at which point QiBounding® will rectify the problem promptly without expense to the customer. Merchandise that is returned to QiBounding® without an RMA, will be sent back to Customer at customer's expense and no reimbursement will be issued.
After having received the RMA number, Customer has three business days to initiate the shipping and to send the tracking number to email@example.com
. If QiBounding® does not receive a tracking number within these three business days, no reimbursement can be given.
Return shipping costs and insurance is the responsibility of the Customer. Customer must send the merchandise via FedEx or UPS with "Direct Signature Required" in order to be able to prove delivery to QiBounding®. If the item is returned to QiBounding® in damaged condition and it is determined, that such damage has happened either at the customer's premises through rough handling or during the return shipping process, no reimbursement will be given.
For Reimbursement, please read the next chapter "8. Reimbursement Policy".
8. Reimbursement Policy a) Reimbursement for items that arrived damaged at Customer's premises
For valid damaged goods claims (see "Damaged Goods Claims" above), QiBounding® will either replace the item free of charge or, if Customer does not wish an exchange, a total refund of payment will be processed. However, if the item is found to NOT be defective, the following fees will be deducted from the reimbursement: a 20 percent restocking fee and any fees associated with shipping and handling.
b) Reimbursement for returns of undamaged merchandiseIf the customer wishes to return the merchandise for reasons other than those discussed in sub paragraph a) immediately above, the following fees will be deducted from any reimbursement:- a 20 percent restocking fee- shipping and handling
Returns will be accepted only, if the item arrives at QiBounding® in impeccable condition, in its original packaging, and with all original content. In case of an incomplete return, or if the merchandise arrives in damaged condition either through rough handling at the customer's premises or damage during the return shipping process, either a partial reimbursement or no reimbursement at all will be given depending on the extent of the damage to the item.
Questions concerning rebounders and rebounding will be answered according to our knowledge at that given moment and based on the information provided about yourself and your situation. Our advice and the information that you find on our website is meant to support you in making the right choice of rebounder. However, under no circumstances can QiBounding® or one of its employees be held responsible for any incompleteness you may find on our website nor can we be made responsible for the choices that you make, based on our website or based on our advice.
Please keep in mind that we are not doctors and we cannot therefore give medical advice. We can give you anecdotal information way of experiences that our clients have shared with us or experiences we have had personally. However, before starting a rebounding exercise program, consult your doctor. As a rule you should not participate in rebounding activity when you have a serious medical problem such as an acute inflammation or an acute injury. Again, we base our suggestions on our experience with hundreds of clients. However, we are aware that each person is unique and although we do our best to support you in your exercise choices, it is entirely your choice.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full forces and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or of any other term or condition.|
