Created in 2003 by movement educator and Rebounding expert Sylvia Dreiser Farnsworth, QiBounding is a highly efficient integrated workout method incorporating body, mind and spirit using a Rebounder or mini trampoline as the workout tool.
QiBounding combines the benefits of Rebounding while focusing on breath and body energy, the "Qi" or "Chi" (Chinese for "energy"). This joyful Rebounding method supports core development in strength and awareness.
In QiBounding, we learn to honor the body and treat it with respect. We hone the skills necessary to understand the signals it gives us and in return, our body rewards us with health, strength and well-being.
In QiBounding, we concentrate on two crucial levels.The first is body core.We develop core muscles, strength, balance, and comprehensive body tone. The second level is spirit. We connect with the inner body through breath and awareness.
I'm not someone who's usually into exercise, but QiBounding is just so quick, easy and convenient. Fifteen months ago, I bought a Bellicon 44 and I just love it.
