Thera Band Order here
A heavy duty latex free Stretch Band which gives you stability when you are rebounding.
How it works:
The Theraband is a long one piece latex free rubber band. Place the Theraband under your Rebounder so that its two ends come up left and right in between the bungee bands (or springs). Hold the ends in your hands. When rebounding the Theraband moves with you and gives you stability.
When you are very balanced and you don't need the Theraband any longer to keep your balance, you can use it for a great workouts of your upper body. Bounce on the rebounder by pulling the Theraband upwards with arms stretched to your left and right in a horizontal position and from there over the head.
Great tool to increase variety to your rebounding routine, similar to our special hand weights.

Aktiva Ball Order here
Massage Ball for the sole of your feet and for training the arches
The Aktiva Ball stimulates the Proprioreceptors
at the sole of your feet and with this they help
your body to easier balance on an uneven surface.
When you use this ball before mounting the
Rebounder, you will feel that your feet are more
"alive" and your whole body feels more grounded.

How to do:
You stand on the floor and putthe Aktive Ball under
one foot. Keep about half a foot distance between your
feet. Now move the foot which is on the Aktiva Ball
back and forth. Apply a bit of pressure from the weight
of your body - as much that it feels comfortable.
Continue this massage for about two minutes.
Before you do the same treatment for your other foot,
stand still for a moment, with both feet on the ground
and feel the difference between both your feet and
also feel both sides of your body. You will recognize
that the side where you did the m assage, is much more
alive and feels refreshed.
Then do the massage for the other foot.

How to use the Universal Ball:
The Universal Ball is very small when it is deflated. To inflate the ball, blow it like you blow a balloon.
When you use this ball with only very little air, you can put it behind your back when sitting in the car or in an airplane. Or you rest your head on it when in an airplane or you can use it as a cushion to sit on when you are taking a rest during a walk. And of course you can do a lot of exercises with it on the floor. Some of them are shown on the box in which the ball comes. There are so many possibilities of usage. That's why it's name is "Universal Ball".
Great Exercise to train the Pelvic Floor:
You fully inflate the Universal ball, mount your Rebounder and put the ball in between your upper thighs - as if you were sitting on a horse. When bouncing down on the Rebounder you pull together your upper thighs and squeeze the ball. Pay attention that the knees always look straight forward and not inwards. When bouncing upwards, you release the ball. This is a great exercise to strengthen the Pelvic Floor.
