For a smooth and non-jarring rebounding experience, the frame, the mat fabric, the springs, the bungee bands - all need to be of the highest specification.
To meet these requirements, Bellicon collects the finest material worldwide and uses them to build their top quality Rebounders.
And of course, the Bellicons are not build in Taiwan or China, they the frames are made in Stuttgart, Germany and the assembling of the Rebounder is done in Cologne. This is from where QiBounding imports the Bellicons and brings them over to North America.
The Frames of the Bellicons are made out of high quality steel. They weigh between 24 and 30 lbs - according to the Rebounder model - and are super robust. The frames for the Bellicon bungee band Rebounders are produced in Stuttgart/Germany by a manufacturer who also delivers to Bosch and Porsche.

Stainless steel is the material the frame of the Bellicon PREMIUM is made of, allowing the frame to always look like new (stainless steel does not scratch) The Bungee bands The material of which the bungee bands are made of is certified by the European Union by the requirements for Oeko-Tex Standard class I (baby articles). Material of this category is material which can be used for baby articles (can be taken in the mouth). It is certified that there is no Formaldehyde in any of the components that form the bungee bands.
There are three different strengths of bungee bands: medium (blue metal clip), strong (golden metal clip) and x-strong (red metal clip). According to the weight of the person that uses the Rebounder and the way he/she wants to experience the bounce, we equip the Rebounder with one of these kind of bungee bands.

The highest quality double coil springs, Bellicon is using, are imported from New Zealand. Bellicon's engineers found out how to give their rebounders the typical even bounce: They alternate between left turning and right turning springs.
On the photo below you see on the left the special Bellicon springs ni comparison with a normal spring on the right. Stronger material, double-conical shape, specially tempered surface. This ensures a rounder, harmonious oscillation and a longer lifespan of the springs.
The Dynamic and Athletic Rebounder have white, no-scuff feet and a lightly padded spring cover which comes in different colors.
The rainbow mat perimeter is sewn firmly to the Permatron mat with a thread that has been specially developed for this occasion: A thread that is strong enough to hold but which does not cut into the mat material. With cheaper Rebounders you often have the problem that the thread cuts into the mat and makes it fray out after a while.
