What you need to know on the Receiving End

For most shipments, QiBounding uses FedEx Ground or Home Delivery Services.

  • When you place your order with QiBounding over the phone, we usually tell you the date we ship out. We try to keep our promise. However, QiBounding cannot be hold responsible for shipping out at a later date. It may happen something unforeseen like bad weather condition that stop us from shipping on this date. For instance, we don't want the shipping boxes to get soaked and damaged by rain. Please note also that FedEx does not give any guarantee that the shipment arrives at the date you find with your tracking number as "Expected delivery date". FedEx does not accept claims for late delivery and as a consequence, under no circumstances, can QiBounding® be held responsible for delays in delivery.
 
  • Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible given current stock availability. If an item is out of stock, the Customer will be informed immediately and can choose to wait until the particular item is back in stock or to receive his money back.

  •  After you have placed your order with QiBounding, we will send you an email with  further instructions, like the Safety Instructions. In this email you will also find your FedEx tracking number. This number is active from the moment your shipment has been send out from a FedEx location. Use the tracking number to see at  www.FedEx.com when your shipment is supposed to arrive.  
                       
  • When the shipment arrives at your place, somebody has to sign reception of all articles that exceed $500. This is the amount where a packages becomes automatically "signature required" and QiBounding has no handle on that to void this. Therefore, please make sure that somebody is at your shipping address when the delivery arrives.                                        
               
  • If for any reason you miss the delivery, you don't need to panic as FedEx makes three delivery attempts. The best is to call FedEx and talk  with them to make sure that you are at home at their next attempt. (FedEx Customer Service at  800-463-3339). If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, FedEx will keep the shipment for some days at their center  where you can pick it up. After this time FedEx will return the shipment  to QiBounding at your expense.

  •  Please immediately control the delivery to make sure that everything has arrived in perfect condition. You have 5 (five) business days to inspect the delivery for damage and completeness and to report to QiBounding if anything has not arrived in a satisfactory state. KEEP THE SHIPPING BOX. We do not accept any claims or returns without the original packing! Send QiBounding an email with a detailed description of  the damage and - if possible - with photos. Only then, you have a proof that we know about your case. If - at the contrary - we do not hear from you within 5 (five) business days following the day of reception of your purchase, we assume that you have received your order in a satisfactory condition.

Shipping within the US (48 Contiguous States)

Below you find the  the  shipping costs for shipping within the 48 States of the US.

The shipping costs are not calculated into the prices on our Product List.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Our secure webstore is set up to accept orders from Alaska and Hawaii. However the shipping costs will be higher then those  which you find in our webstore as those prices are calculated for the other 48 states only. Therefore, before placing your order, we need to calculate your real shipping costs which depend on your location.


 Please give us the following information per phone or per  email. We will calculate your supplementary shipping costs which you can then add to your order when placing your order through our webstore.

Shipping to Canada

At the moment, our online webstore is not set up for international orders. Canadian customers can place an order via telephone or through email.

 

If you want to get an idea of how much shipping and customs clearance fee will cost, please provide us with the following information and we will calculate it for you:

  • your postcode

Please note that you will also need to pay GST/PST and custom's duty. These fees will be billed to you directly from FedEX  AFTER reception of  your shipment.

Shipping to a Country other than US or Canada
At the moment, our online webstore is not set up for international orders. Customers from other countries can place an order via phone or per email.

 

QiBounding can only provide information about the shipping costs and is not able give any information concerning customs fees for which you will be responsible.
