Lesson 1 - Energizing Routine - Feel strengthened from your Workout!

In this lesson, I will show you my favorite body energizing routine . This sequence of exercises is ideal to wake up your body in the morning. It is strengthening the body as well as calming the nervous system. This sequence can help those of you who are concerned with burnout as it will fuel you with energy.






Routine to activate our body in the morning:


  • Feet Activation  
  • Felix The Cat
  • Butterfly
  • Child Pose  
  • Picking Stars
  • Frog
  • Waist Circle
  • Leg stretching




Integration Days:


In between the Lessons or  "Action days", it is helpful to add in an "Integration day". Integration days will give you the possibility to integrate the lessons learned.


For today: Review the exercise routine learned in Lesson  and train it so that those exercises can become part of our own exercise routine.

It is helpful to add an "Integration Day" between each Lesson.



Lesson 2 -

The Effect of Rebounding on our Nervous System

In this lesson, you will be learning why rebounding helps to calm our nervous system and I will show you some great stress-relief exercises.





 Lesson 3 - Calming and relaxing exercises for a better sleep.


In this lesson, you will be learning more exercises to calm the nervous system. They are great for rebounding in the evening and even before going to bed. Those calming exercises sooth your body and help you sleep better.

Lesson 4 - The Role of Proprioceptors for Brain and Muscles.

In this lesson, we are looking into the way our brain is working when it comes to movement. You will learn about the important role that proprioceptors have in transmitting information between our feet and our brain and you will learn exercises to train your balance.

Training Balance & Coordination

In this lesson, we are looking  into the way our brain is working when it comes to movement. You will learn about the important role that proprioceptors have in transmitting information between our feet and our brain and you will learn exercises to train your balance.

Lesson 6 -

Balancing the Left and the Right Brain Hemispheres

In this lesson, we are continuing our work on coordination with a cross over exercise. Cross over exercises help to balance the left and the right brain hemispheres.

Lesson 7 - Plasticity of the Brain - How the Brain Learns

Years ago, brain scientists believed that our brain is hard-wired, which means that an adult brain can hardly change. Today brain science confirms that most, if not all of our brain, is not hardwired but at the contrary can learn and change.

The capacity to change is called "Plasticity". For you and me that means that we are not doomed to react always the same way. At the contrary: We can learn and change to the better and develop a healthier approach to our body and to life.
