The Strong Bone Commitment


This is a "level 2" project which build on the foundation of "level 1" (The Bone Density Project)

Length:     3 months (you can choose to participate only one or two months)

Start:         Saturday, October 1st

During the duration of the project you will receive

1.      A weekly email coaching

2.      Regular  follow up in regards to your rebounding tracking

3.      Between 2 and 4  Rebounding video clips per month

4.      Continuous access to the video clips of the “Bone Density Project”

5.      Group exchange and Coaching via the blogs 2 - 6
