For our seniors and all those who prefer or need a gentle approach to movement, we offer a specialized QiBounding Wellness Program.  This  program includes aseries of very simple and very efficient movements and little body massages which are easy to practice and very potent helpers for regaining body resiliency.
 
In Switzerland and Germany this training is a phenomenal success!
