QiBounding is the latest evolution of rebound exercise. QiBounding has been developed by Sylvia Dreiser Farnsworth as a result of her work and experience  of more than 25 years in Health and Fitness Coaching and as a teacher of the Alexander Technique.
 
Combining the powerful benefits of rebounding with awareness of both the breath and Qi energy (also known as "Prana" or "Life Force"), QiBounding invigorates the body, focuses the mind, and uplifts the spirit.
