For all those who love the amazing soft bounce and the feeling of flying combined with the efficiency of a higher G-Force than a spring based rebounder can provide. You want to choose the 44" Ultimate, if you are 5'8" or taller and if you have the space for a 44" rebounder.

The weight of the person and the way of using the rebounder determines the strength of the bungee bands. For up to 160 pounds we recommend the strong bungee bands and the x-strong bungee bands from 160 to 300 pounds. At a later point in time, Bellicon will make ultra stong bungee bands available for extra heavy duty workout or for a weight up to 400 pounds.

 

For those who weigh 160 pounds and would like to do a workout using hand weights or would like to jog on the rebounder, we either recommend to use the x-strong bungee bands or to buy the Bellicon Dynamic rebounder (spring based). If your weight is around 200 pounds or more and you want to do a heavy duty workout, you might prefer the Athletic spring based rebounder.
