Shipping and Receiving

For most shipments, QiBounding uses FedEx Ground Services.

 

When you order with us, we ask you for your email address which we can give to the shipper (i.e. FedEx) who then sends you an email with your tracking number. (If you don't receive an email, please call us). With the tracking number you can see on www.fedex.com the advancement of your shipping and you can find out the expected delivery date. As you have to sign the delivery reception, please be at home the day FedEx will come to deliver. If for any reason, you are not at home, please contact FedEx and see with them for a next delivery date. FedEx makes three delivery attempts. If all of them are unsuccessful, FedEx will send the shipment back to QiBounding at your expense. So please call FedEx before this happens and make sure that someone is at home to sign for delivery.

 

When you place your order with QiBounding, we usually tell you the date we ship out. We try to keep our promise. However, QiBounding cannot be hold responsible for shipping out at a later date. It may happen something unforeseen like bad weather condition that stop us from shipping on this date. For instance, we don't want the shipping boxes to get soaked and damaged by rain. Fortunately, later shipping happens very rarely.

 

Please note also that FedEx does not give any guarantee that the shipment arrives at the date you find with your tracking number as "Expected delivery date". FedEx does not accept claims for late delivery and as a consequence, QiBounding cannot be hold responsible for that.

 

When the shipment arrives at your premesis, you have three business days to inspect the delivery for damage and completeness and to report us if anything has not arrived in a satisfactory state. In this case, please write to info@qibounding.com and make sure that we confirm the receipt of your email. Only then, you have a proof that we know about your case. If - at the contrary - we do not hear from you within three business days, we assume that you have received your order in a satisfactory condition.
